This robust, easily supportable, TBDUK Toilet Servicing Vehicles consists of twin stainless tanks; waste and rinse water (1700/800 litres) with equipment lockers and a rear hydraulic lift platform. The complete assembly is mounted with independent flexible rubber mounts onto a steel chassis skid frame which in turn is attached to the prepared commercial vehicle chassis.

The top surface of the tank unit is covered with GRP or aluminium tread plate supported on a frame secured to the tank top to give operators easy access to the aircraft servicing points.

Vacuum and water delivery services are provided via a power take off, which is engaged or disengaged within the vehicle cab. This drives a hydraulic pump which provides power for the vacuum and water pump motors and the lift platform.

• Fully welded and baffled stainless steel tanks 1700 litre 6 mm thick for waste and 800 litre 3 mm thick for rinse water. Mounted on flexible rubber mounts and fitted with 500mm inspection manholes
• Waste tank fitted with large diameter waste drain, rodding eye and level. Gauge, ball float cut out and vacuum relief valve
• Vacuum assisted waste extraction is provided as standard
• Rinse water tank is fitted with an easy access fill point adjacent to level gauge, low level drain point and low level safety cut out
• Self priming water pump up to 120 l/m @ 50 psi
• Water hose with 1 inch coupling for fill servicing on automatic rewind storage reel
• Hydraulic lift platform SWL 200kg. Local controls and gauges, for vacuum waste & rinse water in platform basket
• Protected PTO with hand brake sensing (if available on selected chassis)
• Pumps and controls situated in easily accessible locker.
• Full vehicle lighting, Work lamps and Amber airfield type beacon
• Single driver operation
• Mounted on rigid steel chassis skid frame for fitment to suitably prepared 7.5 / 8.5t GVW Commercial chassis
